Who is responsible
Calibron is responsible for the personal information covered by this notice. Questions about your information can be sent to hello@calibron.ai.
What we collect
The enquiry form asks for the information needed to understand and answer your message.
- Your name and business name
- Your email address and, if you choose to provide it, telephone number
- The information you include about your business and the work you want to improve
Why we use it
We use these details to respond to your enquiry, discuss possible work and keep a record of the conversation. The legal basis is Calibron’s legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running the consultancy. Where your enquiry may lead to a contract, the information may also be needed to take steps at your request before that contract is agreed.
We do not use enquiry details for an unrelated mailing list or automated decision-making.
Who handles it
Vercel hosts this website, and Microsoft delivers form messages to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. They process this information on our behalf and may do so outside the UK using safeguards permitted by UK data protection law. Contact us for details.
We do not sell your information. We may disclose it if the law requires us to do so.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry only for as long as it is needed to respond, manage any work that follows and meet legal or accounting duties. Information that is no longer needed is deleted securely.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal information, have inaccurate information corrected, or ask us to delete or restrict its use. You may also object when we rely on legitimate interests. Some rights depend on the circumstances.
